Well, this is a very good question, because the cement will be hard to clean if it stays more than 24 hours. You can use the acid-alkaline potion with baking soda, shake it evenly in the watering can, spray the paint on the cement surface, wait for two minutes, then wash it off with a high-pressure water gun.
