Today one of my customers from Poland asks me a simple question about our steam car wash machine: how much will it take our of 10?
To be honest, even I am very confident with our nano steam car wash machine, but I still cannot give it a 10. I am not sure if other people will do this to their machines.
First, I believe there still have some improvement to be done with our machine, because not all our customers will like our machine, the shape, the functions, the features, and other factors. And I believe we can do better in future.
Second, some of our customers are thinking our price is high, but the interesting thing is that there has 1 customer who think our steam car wash machine price is high, but next second he bought a machine from another company, whose price is twice than ours… just because one of his friends said that machine works well. Isn’t this ridiculous? Most of the people they will care more about the price than the quality. But no matter what, we truly believe good quality will lead us a long way in this field and we will keep doing it better and better.
So I tell my customer that I will take it 8.5 out of 10. And I really hope all our customers can work together with us to make our steam car wash machine a 10.
